About this role
Truveta is looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and technical strategy of its clinical analytics platform. You will be both a hands-on builder and a force multiplier: designing the systems that power low-latency analytics and self-serve dashboarding, writing critical code, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring engineers across the organization.
The company wants 12+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale software systems, with a track record of technical leadership on complex, multi-team initiatives. It also asks for deep experience with data, OLAP, or analytics technologies, including analytical databases, BI and dashboarding platforms, and data modeling for high-performance reporting workloads, plus strong backend engineering expertise in .NET (C#), Python, or a similar language, including REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures on platforms such as Azure. A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is listed as well.
The base pay for this position is $222,000 to $240,000.
