About this role
Flexe is hiring a mid-level software engineer onto a product development team building the platform behind its on-demand warehousing network.
As a Software Engineer, you will join a product development team and partner with other software engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems. Flexe promotes developer autonomy and empowers engineering teams to own a piece of the customer experience. You are responsible for architecting and implementing systems that impact customers directly, and for facilitating personal and team growth — working with leadership to establish goals for your own individual growth while collaborating with and supporting other engineers.
The role asks for 3+ years of commercial Software Development experience, experience with designing reliable cloud-based systems at scale, and a history of team-oriented development and a drive to continuously learn. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA; team members are expected to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with remote work on Monday and Friday.
The salary range for this role is $147,250 to $206,800 depending, in part, on candidate location.
