About this role
Aurelian is hiring its founding product manager — an owner for a whole product area at the Seattle startup putting AI agents on non-emergency 911 lines.
You will own a product area, not a single feature. You will help define the roadmap, not execute an existing one — you will talk with customers, founders, and engineers daily to figure out what to build next and do whatever it takes to serve their needs. You will work across every business function: closely with engineers to prototype and ship products, marketers and AEs to figure out the right angle and pain points to highlight, and implementation specialists to strategize on rollout. Nothing is beyond your scope to drive a product to completion.
Who Aurelian is looking for: technical depth and engineering experience — you can engage with engineers as a peer, able to use tools like Codex, Claude Code, etc. to quickly prototype ideas, but understand the additional steps needed to go from prototype to production; high ownership; customer obsession, genuinely liking to talk to customers constantly and turning those conversations into decisions and shipped product; and strong opinions, loosely held. Estimated Base Salary $140K – $200K • Offers Equity. Compensation at Aurelian is based on a variety of factors, including years of experience and qualifications.
