About this role
Customer.io is hiring a Director of Engineering to own several of the company’s product development engineering teams. The role is for someone whose primary job is business impact — setting clear goals, holding teams accountable to schedules, and personally driving complex initiatives to done. First mandate is a high-priority, executive-visible platform initiative where you’ll set direction, align the organization, and carry it across the finish line yourself.

Starting salary for this role is $230,000–$270,000 USD, depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
