About this role
Karat is hiring a Senior Deployment Engineer to join its GTM Customer Deployment team — the bridge between Karat’s platform and its enterprise clients’ success. From initial implementation through ongoing optimization, the team uses deep technical consultation, data-driven performance analysis, and hands-on collaboration with clients’ engineering teams to ensure every partnership delivers measurable hiring outcomes.
Technical implementation and consulting experience with enterprise SaaS deployments; comfort partnering directly with client engineering teams. Remote (Oregon or Washington only).
Base Salary: $131,485–$148,187 (GeoLo 2); $116,875–$131,722 (GeoLo 3).
