About this role
Qualtrics is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for its Foundation team in Seattle to advance the company’s ML/AI R&D strategy. You’ll develop and maintain high-performance systems handling large volumes of data and complex algorithms, and lead ML/AI features that personalize the Qualtrics experience — positioning Qualtrics data as a core value proposition and competitive advantage.
Staff-level ML engineering experience shipping production systems at scale; deep expertise in ML/AI development, model training, and infrastructure; ability to drive innovation across R&D initiatives. Seattle.
Washington State Base Annual Pay Transparency Range: $208,000–$298,500.
