Formation to Funding: Starting and Scaling a Spacetech Startup
Cooley and Asian Hustle Network convene founders, operators and investors from the spacetech ecosystem for a Seattle Space Week panel on the practical lessons of building a space company, from formation through funding and growth. Topics include fundraising, navigating regulatory complexity, meeting investor expectations, scaling, and building companies positioned for the long term.
The moderator is Tony Lin, a Cooley partner who leads the firm’s spacetech and satellite practice. Panelists are Chris Le, managing partner at Actuate Ventures and a former Blue Origin product leader; Ezra Feilden, co-founder and CTO of Starcloud, which is developing space-based data center infrastructure; Ari Juster, COO of satellite-servicing company Starfish Space; and Phoebe Huang, senior associate at Cooley.
