Bernice Ye: Wuhan Clan Ain’t Nuthin’ Ta Duck Wit
Former Microsoft and Hulu software engineer Bernice Ye returns to Seattle with Wuhan Clan Ain’t Nuthin’ ta Duck Wit, a genre-bending live show where technology, comedy, music, and martial arts collide.
Dubbed “The Jackie Chan of Comedy,” Ye traded a career in tech for the stage and has since built a global audience of more than 400,000 followers and 100 million views. Born in Wuhan, China, and now a U.S. citizen, she turns her journey through immigration, the American dream, and finding her voice into high-energy comedy.
The show combines stand-up, original comedy rap, audience interaction, tae kwon do, and cinematic multimedia. It’s part comedy special, part concert, and an unconventional live experience unlike anything else on the circuit.
Ye performs two shows at The Rabbit Box Theatre in Seattle on Friday, Nov. 20, presented by The Crocodile.
