Annie Rihn.

Annie Rihn, former vice president of recruiting at Zillow Group, is now vice president of talent acquisition at Discord.

Rihn joined Zillow in 2005 as one of its first ten employees and built its recruiting team. She stepped down earlier this year, and was replaced by Roz Francuz-Harris.

Prior to Zillow, Rihn worked as a corporate recruiter at T-Mobile and Washington Mutual. She is also a founding community member of Voray, a social network for professionals.

San Francisco-based Discord, a communication platform popular with gamers, was reportedly in acquisition talks with Microsoft and others last year.

“Helping people find community within their careers has always been my passion,” Rihn wrote on LinkedIn. “Now, I get to translate that same energy behind Discord’s mission to create space for everyone to find their community online – and I’m loving it so far!”

Greg Davis is the new CEO of Bigleaf Networks, a Portland, Ore.-based company that helps small- and medium-sized businesses stay connected to cloud-based software and avoid downtime.

Davis has served on the company’s board of directors for the last two years and was previously chief operating officer at hospitality software company HungerRush. He also was previously executive VP of sales at security company Alert Logic.

Davis succeeds former CEO Joel Mulkey, who led Bigleaf since founding it in 2012. Mulkey remains with the company as a board member.
