Tola Capital, a Seattle-area investment firm that backs enterprise software companies, is raising $400 million for its third fund, according to a new SEC filing. Founded in 2010, Tola is led by former Microsoft managers Sheila Gulati and Stacey Giard. It currently manages $440 million in assets and has invested in more than 20 companies. Gulati declined to comment on the filing.
