Nintex has acquired Kryon Systems, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based company that sells Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software. It’s the third acquisition for Nintex in the past 16 months. The Bellevue, Wash.-based workflow automation company sold a majority stake to private equity giant TPG Capital last year. Founded in 2006, Nintex has 10,000 customers, including more than 50% of the Fortune 500.
