— Longtime Seattle startup leader and investor Andy Sack joined the board of Payability, a New York City-based fintech startup. Sack previously led Techstars Seattle and co-founded Founders’ Co-op, where he was formerly managing partner. He also founded Lighter Capital and is currently chairman of Code Fellows, which he also founded.

Payability is led by serial entrepreneur Keith Smith, who previously co-founded Seattle-based BigDoor, which he sold in 2015. Smith relocated to New York City and launched Payability, which helps e-commerce sellers with cash flow and working capital services. He was also the founder and CEO of CyberMortgage and Zango.

— Cloud infrastructure automation startup Puppet continues to expand its executive team with the promotion of Beth Shea to chief customer officer and the addition of Trevor Rodriguez as global vice president of professional services.

Shea joined Puppet in 2019 as SVP of customer success and previously was an executive at Veeam Software. Rodriguez was most recently at F5 Networks where he was VP of global services and engineering services for the EMEA region. He will be based out of Puppet’s London office.

— Clean energy marketplace LevelTen Energy promoted Ryan Warren to chief commercial officer. He joined the Seattle startup in 2020 as VP of marketing. Warren was previously VP of marketing at EnergySavvy, another startup in the clean energy space that was acquired by Tendril in 2019.
