Seattle-area startup Zenoti has acquired SuperSalon, another company that builds software for salons and spas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SuperSalon CEO Raj Mahajan will become senior vice president of corporate development at Zenoti. SuperSalon, based in Minneapolis, Minn., will add 30 employees to Zenoti’s headcount, which is around 800 people.

Zenoti’s enterprise software is now used by more than 15,000 spas, salons, and other wellness businesses across 50 countries. Chains such as European Wax Center, Hand & Stone, Massage Heights, Toni&Guy, Gene Juarez, and others use Zenoti’s software for everything from scheduling to payments to inventory. The company raised $80 million in June, and $160 million in December that valued Zenoti at more than $1.5 billion.
