Our questions are ready, the virtual stage is set, and we’re looking forward to an enlightening and informative discussion with Bill Gates at the GeekWire Summit today about the response to COVID-19, the climate crisis, the state of technology, and more.

The session is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Pacific time today in the GeekWire Summit event platform. Our news team will be covering highlights on GeekWire, but the full hour-long conversation will be available exclusively to registered GeekWire Summit attendees.

It’s not too late to sign up to join us. Attendees will be able to access not only the session with Gates, but also live and on-demand conversations and talks from leaders in science, tech, and business as the event continues through the end of the month.

Also on tap today at 12:45 p.m Pacific: a panel discussion about the future of telehealth, and the acceleration of the market amid the pandemic. Our panelists are Uplift Co-founder Dr. Amy Mezulis, Providence Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Amy Compton-Phillips, 98point6 Chief Medical Officer Dr. Brad Younggren, and Doctor on Demand Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ian Tong, in a conversation moderated by T.A. McCann, managing director at Pioneer Square Labs.

For attendees who’ve registered at the VIP ticket level, we’ll be holding a special virtual meetup at 3:30 p.m., after the conclusion of the Gates session, where you’ll be able to connect with other attendees and discuss key takeaways from the conversation and the first week of the GeekWire Summit. VIP attendees will receive a link to join this conversation via the event platform.

Beyond the session today, we’ve got a great lineup in store on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout October. Check out the full agenda and register on the event site or below.
