BrandVerity, the Seattle-based startup whose paid search and affiliate monitoring tools help protect brands and their online marketing campaigns from such things as trademark infringement, has been acquired by Partnerize.

  • BrandVerity CEO and co-founder David Naffziger wrote in a company blog post dated April 30 that the 12-year-old company will become part of the Partnerize platform — which is already used by many BrandVerity customers. Partnerize is a leading provider of partnership automation tools for brands.
  • “Partnerize clients will have the option to automatically monitor partner and affiliate online marketing programs to protect against harmful brand violations and regulatory risks,” Naffziger wrote. “BrandVerity solutions will also continue to be available as standalone offerings directly supporting participants throughout the industry.”
  • BrandVerity is No. 190 on the GeekWire 200 ranked index of Pacific Northwest startups.
