Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos could testify before Congress along with other Big Tech leaders this summer, according to a letter to House lawmakers obtained by The New York Times.

An attorney for the company said that Bezos is willing to testify alongside other Big Tech CEOs on issues of marketplace dominance in digital services. Amazon initially appeared reluctant to send Bezos when the House antitrust subcommittee asked him earlier this year.
The Congressional probe is one of several antitrust inquiries into Amazon and other large tech companies at the state and federal levels, as well as in Europe. The European Union is poised to bring charges against Amazon for anti-competitive behavior, according to The Wall Street Journal.
House lawmakers are asking the chief executives of Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google to testify this summer. Bezos is the only among them who has never testified before Congress.
