Zillow announced several executive changes Wednesday, as COO Amy Bohutinsky will leave the company early next year, while former Starbucks senior vice president Aimee Johnson will join the online real estate powerhouse next month as chief marketing officer.

Bohutinsky has been with Zillow for 13 years, in a variety of leadership roles. Bohutinsky will join the company’s board of directors, effective immediately, and will stay on as COO through the end of the year.

Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff tweeted “I’ll miss working next to you day-to-day but I’m thrilled we’ll continue to benefit from your leadership on our Board.”

Bohutinsky responded with thanks of her own on Twitter.

Zillow said there was nothing to announce about Bohutinsky’s next move. At least for now, Zillow will not be looking for a new COO, and Bohutinsky’s duties will be divided among the company’s current leaders.

According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Bohutinsky will receive a $10,000 “separation payment.” These payments are standard practice across the company when an employee leaves, Zillow Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs Katie Curnutte said.

“Amy has tirelessly helped lead Zillow Group through every major milestone – from launch to becoming a public company, and through our many acquisitions and the growth of our brands,” Zillow Group Executive Chairman Rich Barton said in a statement. “She is incredibly talented with a long track record of helping steer the company toward growth and success. I’m very excited to have her contribute to the Board of Directors for years to come.”

Johnson, who spoke at the GeekWire Summit earlier this month, was formerly senior vice president of customer relationship management at Starbucks. She will step into the role of chief marketing officer in November.

Johnson has 25 years of experience as a marketing executive, including 14 years at Starbucks. Johnson will report to Zillow President Jeremy Wacksman.

Additionally, Zillow’s interim Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Rock will become the company’s permanent chief accounting officer. Zillow will continue searching for a permanent CFO after Kathleen Philips retired from the role in May.

Before filling in as interim CFO, Rock had been running Zillow Group’s financial reporting department for seven years. She played an important role in the company’s IPO and major acquisitions.
