News Brief: A coalition of 22 states and the District of Columbia have filed a petition to appeal the Federal Communications Commission’s net neutrality rollback. Attorney General Bob Ferguson and his counterparts in states cross the country claim the FCC’s decision to repeal the Obama era regulations violates federal law.
