Zillow Group disclosed how much it is paying its new CFO, long-time Amazon veteran Allen Parker.

Parker will receive a base salary of $540,000, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this week. He will receive a signing bonus of $1.5 million broken up into two installments.

Parker will receive a stock award of shares totaling $3.5 million in value, with shares vesting over several years. Parker is also eligible for bonuses of up to $2.5 million in stock as part of Zillow’s year-end review process.

Parker previously spent more than 12 years at Amazon and was most recently vice president of finance overseeing its worldwide Amazon Devices, Appstore and Amazon Pay businesses. He helped work on the acquisitions of Whole Foods and Ring.

Parker fills a role vacated by Kathleen Philips, who retired in May. Jennifer Rock had been serving as the interim CFO and will now be the company’s permanent chief accounting officer.
