Tech jobs that are plentiful and pay well dominate a new list of the best jobs in the United States in 2017, according to Indeed.

The job search site found that seven of the top 10 jobs are software engineers and developers, and many of the technical roles on the list offer six-figure salaries. Indeed based its findings on number of job postings, salary ($70,000 and above) and growth opportunity based on postings from 2013-16.

Full-stack developer is the top job on the list, with 641 job titles for every 1 million total jobs in 2016. The average salary for that work is $110,770. A quick search of the Amazon Jobs website returned 712 open positions for that category.

“As every business morphs into the digital version of itself, the demand for workers with highly technical abilities is increasing far faster than supply,” Indeed senior vice president Paul D’Arcy said in a news release. “The result is a rapid growth in open, unfilled jobs and increases in salaries for the talent that can fill these roles.”

Data scientists, development operations engineers, Salesforce developers, and cloud engineers also show up in the top 10. The highest average base salary was $134,306 for machine learning engineer, at No. 17.

“Software engineers and other technical roles continue to dominate many of the top positions for employer demand and competitive pay,” D’Arcy said. “But there are certainly opportunities in other sectors, with roles in management, engineering, and healthcare in high demand.”
