Seattleites looking for a little extra guidance before dining out got another resource online Monday morning as review site The Infatuation added the city as its ninth market.

With guides and reviews via its website, newsletter, mobile app, Instagram network, and text message recommendation service, The Infatuation bills itself as the “restaurant decider.”

The Seattle site launched with a rich offering of content, including a greatest hits list of the best places to eat in town; a hit list of the best new restaurants; guides to where to go on a first date or where to go for brunch; and reviews of such restaurants as Manolin, Un Bien, Ba Bar, Canlis and others.

For those who can’t get enough of food photos, the Instagram account for Infatuation Seattle already has 106 posts and more than 2,700 followers. The community of 22 accounts has signature hashtag — #EEEEEATS — which has been used on more than 7 million posts.

The Infatuation, started in 2009 by Chris Stang and Andrew Steinthal, was originally focused on New York City’s food scene, and was designed to help young people find the right restaurant setting for any occasion. A new site launched in London in April, adding to a list of markets that includes Austin, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
