You must be aware by now that when it comes to tweeting, President Trump can sometimes get on a roll. But the supply of toilet paper featuring some of Trump’s 140-character musings has apparently been wiped clean on Amazon.
A single roll of the two-ply product, which was selling for $11.99, is listed as “currently unavailable” on the e-commerce site. The product, described as “a collection of ten of Donald Trump’s most flushable tweets,” is also sold out on Toilet-Tweets.com, where it was going for $9.99.
“No twitter feed is as deserving of being flushed, it’s tremendous,” a description on Toilet Tweets reads. “I’m hearing other toilet papers don’t even have words on them, SAD! This toilet paper has the best words.”
Donald Trump Classic Tweets Toilet Paper did indeed showcase some gems from Trump. Pictures on Amazon show the roll with a few from before he became president, including “Are you allowed to impeach a president for gross incompetence?” from June 4, 2014, and, “Do you think Putin will be going to the Miss Universe Pageant in November in Moscow? — if so, will he become my new best friend?” from June 18, 2013.
There are also old tweets in which Trump took shots at celebrities Rosie O’Donnell and Bette Midler. You can’t make this sh*t up, even on toilet paper.
The product certainly eliminated the germy practice of using one’s smartphone on the toilet to keep up with Twitter and Trump. And the 45 or so customer reviews on Amazon didn’t shy away from all manner of potty talk.
But if you really want to think about the president while using the toilet, Amazon still has paper in stock featuring Trump’s face. And, in the spirit of bipartisanship, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama paper is out there, too.
