The Seattle region is emerging as the cloud capital of the world, and GeekWire’s inaugural Cloud Tech Summit, taking place on June 7 in Bellevue, Wash., will dive deep into the trends and technologies that are shaping this increasingly important industry sector. Early-bird tickets are on sale now, so make sure to grab yours here for this one-of-a-kind technical conference.

Today we’re excited to offer the first glimpse of the agenda for the event, starting with an on-stage interview with Microsoft Azure chief Scott Guthrie, the respected technology executive who oversees the Redmond company’s Cloud & Enterprise business. Later in the morning, we’ll feature Google Cloud Platform Vice President Sam Ramji, and a session with Swami Sivasubramanian, Vice President of Amazon AI.

Others on the agenda for the morning sessions include Cloud Foundry executive director Abby Kearns, Kubernetes co-creator Joe Beda of Heptio, and Docker CTO Scott Johnston. We’re also excited to welcome respected cloud journalist Barb Darrow of Fortune as part of the program.

And then things get even more interesting, as we launch three technical tracks in the afternoon: on DevOps, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence; and Serverless Computing and Microservices, in addition to a cloud business track.

Here is a sampling of what to expect from the talks at the event.

The Operations Dividend: How the new world of Cloud Native redefines how IT operations and development teams relate in order to bring the benefits of Google-like infrastructure to the realities of main street enterprise.Heptio CTO Joe Beda, co-creator of Kubernetes
