Lyft announced a new feature that lets riders round up a ride fare and donate the difference to a charity of their choice. It’s similar to what RideAustin does in Austin, where there is no Uber or Lyft. The new feature is being rolled out as Lyft is being labeled as the “light side ridesharing alternative” in light of Uber’s recent troubles.
