CEOs of some of the world’s top tech companies are feeling the love today, thanks to a new list from employer database and employment review site Glassdoor.

The list ranks the highest-rated leaders of companies with 1,000 or more employees, as chosen by those employees. Glassdoor analyzed reviews from May 2016 to 2017 and then the company’s proprietary algorithm selected the highest-rated 100 CEOs of large companies in the U.S.

Jen-Hsun Huang of NVIDIA ranked No. 6, SpaceX’s Elon Musk landed at No. 8, and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook came in at No. 10. Clorox CEO Benno Dorer topped the list and Salesforce’s Marc Benioff, Google’s Sundar Pichai, Adobe’s Shantanu Narayen, and T-Mobile CEO John Legere all made it into the top 20.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is 29 on the U.S. list and received another accolade from Glassdoor. The site also released the 100 top-rated CEOs in other countries today and Nadella is one of only three execs who made four of the lists. He is one of the highest-rated CEOs in the U.S., UK, France, and Germany. SAP’s Bill McDermott also scored four spots, in the U.S. Canada, France, and Germany.

Other Seattle-area tech execs made the top 100, including Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi and Zillow Group’s Spencer Rascoff. Glassdoor conducted a special interview with Rascoff because he has responded to more reviews on the site than any other CEO of a 1,000+ person company over the past three years.

“I take the most satisfaction from receiving recognition from our own employees of our company being a great place to work, whether it’s a Glassdoor award or some other… similar recognition,” Rascoff said in the interview. “Great people, properly motivated, build great products. Great products attract a huge audience, and a huge audience in a category like ours monetizes incredibly well. Great financial results begin with great people — employee recognition is a leading indicator of financial and corporate success.”

Glassdoor, Zillow and Expedia have a common co-founder in Rich Barton, the longtime Seattle-area tech leader.
