Vulcan Inc. has the pretty exciting job of managing the investments, philanthropic projects and other business activities of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
The company is looking for an Executive Desktop Support Engineer to provide internal IT support to Vulcan’s executives. The engineer will help troubleshoot issues with executives’ workstations and projects, as well as proactively identify emerging technology that could be used to make these processes more efficient.
Those duties require the ability to troubleshoot network, server, telephony, and audio-visual equipment and devices, and triage and prioritize complex issues as they come in. It also offers the opportunity to travel to locations both domestically and internationally to work on projects.
