Big Fish is a pretty literal embodiment of the “work hard, play hard” philosophy. Founded in 2002, the casual games company now employs 600 on two continents, and it is looking for an Android software development engineer to join its ranks at its Seattle headquarters.

The person in this role will be the go-to Android expert for Big Fish’s in-house game studios and will focus on completing and creating Android projects. Those projects include expanding the company’s existing Android SDK with new features and feature improvements, improving the Android Game Finder application and more.

The engineer will also tackle Android-related issues as they come up on a company-wide level. The job requires serious Java coding chops, 2+ years of Android application development experience and strong object oriented design and coding skills.
