If you were lucky enough to walk out of your office building, or wherever you work, and find a taco truck on the corner at lunchtime today, you really should hashtag your delight back into the collective universe that is social media.
#TacoTrucksOnEveryCorner is the hashtag no one saw coming today, but because it’s the Friday before a holiday weekend, the internet is in a particularly good mood. Or it’s hungry.
Marco Gutierrez, founder of Latinos for Trump, went on MSNBC’s “The Backlash” and caused just that Thursday night as his comments followed Donald Trump’s major immigration policy speech in Phoenix.
Dude, so how is this a bad thing? Tacos are life. #TacoTrucksOnEveryCorner pic.twitter.com/QCthBHRiDn

“My culture is a very dominant culture. And it’s imposing and it’s causing problems,” Gutierrez said. “If you don’t do something about it, you’re going to have taco trucks [on] every corner.”
Like a rumble in your belly, that’s just gonna sit there for a while. But, for the purposes of comedy, let’s at least feed the beast with some great tweets and gifs on the subject. H/T Mashable!

Honestly, if a candidate ran on #TacoTrucksOnEveryCorner and nothing else, I suspect they would win around 80% of the vote.
