Here’s a new wrinkle for Pokémon Go trainers frustrated by fruitless searches to catch ’em all.

Because they are such avid fans of the augmented reality craze, employees at the Zillow-owned online residential real estate site Trulia said they dropped everything to build a heat map for Pokémon Go. The map predicts which environments will be most conducive to finding five types of Pokémon: electric, fire, grass, psychic, and water.

After analyzing the map for Seattle, GeekWire has learned that Pokémon of all kinds are roaming downtown waiting to be caught. Grass and electric Pokémon seem to cluster in the University District, psychic Pokémon populate Queen Anne and the Central District; water Pokémon stay near bodies of water; and fire Pokémon have taken up residence at Fifth and Cherry downtown.
