EagleView, which was acquired by private equity giant Vista Equity Partners last June, has compiled aerial imagery on 90 percent of the structures in the U.S. It uses algorithms to analyze that imagery, providing robust reports on various structures, data that it sells to the largest insurance companies in the country. Government agencies also use the company’s tools to digitally measure walls and roof surfaces, used for tax assessments, as do construction companies and contractors, which use the service to estimate the cost of home repairs.

“The entire EagleView team is excited that Bill is coming on board as CEO, and we’re grateful for the important contributions of Chris Barrow, not only leading EagleView to the market-leading position it has today but also assisting with this leadership transition,” Daga said, “EagleView is poised to continue its strong growth as we strive to bring our customers the highest quality products in the most innovative ways possible.”
