Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will take the stage shortly at the Technology Alliance‘s annual State of Technology luncheon in downtown Seattle. Watch GeekWire’s live coverage of Nadella’s talk below starting around 12:45 p.m. Pacific. The talk will be moderated by Jonathan Sposato, CEO of Seattle startup PicMonkey and GeekWire’s chairman.

The program begins at 12:15 p.m. with talks by Clayton Lewis, CEO and co-founder of scientific wellness startup Arivale; Forest Key, CEO and co-founder of VR startup Pixvana; and Chris Diorio, CEO and Founder of RFID technology company Impinj.

Nadella has overseen a massive cultural change at Microsoft since taking over as CEO two years ago, expanding the company’s horizons beyond Windows to focus on mobile and cloud computing. He has also been seeking to make Microsoft more nimble and diverse, attempting to position the aging corporate giant to remain a central part of the technology landscape for decades to come.
