Some people like to geek out on video games or music videos or e-books. I watch Ken Block go really fast, spin in circles and defy driving logic in his “Gymkhana” video series.

“Gymkhana Nine” is the latest release, and if you’re sitting behind a desk but wish for about 8 minutes that you were behind the wheel of a custom rally car, this is the stuff for you.

Block is the professional driver and head Hoonigan, whose driving style has made the “Gymkhana” series the most viral thing in automotive media, as his videos have attracted more than 160 million views.

In the new video, watch Block make his way around the closed “industrial playground” in his 2016 Ford Focus RS RX as multiple cameras catch all the action inside and outside the car in real time and in slo-mo. Dodging a moving train is obviously something you’re going to not want to try, but watching Block do it adds an adrenaline boost to an otherwise slow Tuesday.

If you want to feel even more involved in the action, a VR/360 experience is coming soon, according to the below video. The FordVR app is a good way to stay up to date.
