Glowforge, the innovative 3D laser printer startup that set a crowdfunding record last year, is seeking a Support Associate who wants to join “a company for people who are passionate about creating things.”
Thousands of customers have preordered the highly anticipated printer. After a delay in initial shipments, Glowforge aims to begin delivering units in June and is seeking an “engineer, tinkerer, or technology hobbyist” with customer service and technical experience.
Glowforge says the Support Associate “will consider it a personal responsibility that every customer has a wonderful experience with Glowforge, beginning from the day they stumble onto our website, to the day it arrives at their home, school, or makerspace, and beyond.”
Interested applicants are also encouraged to submit writing samples or a portfolio. More details available here.
