He wouldn’t have any problems paying off Jabba the Hutt now.

The other big winner from Star Wars? Harrison Ford for taking up the role of Han Solo again.

Variety published salaries for The Force Awakens‘ stars, and Ford emerged the big winner. He reportedly inked a deal in the $10-20 million range, “a substantially larger cut than his co-stars.”

Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill each signed deals in the low-seven figures. And Variety reports that their salaries are expected to increase with each of the subsequent films.

The newbies didn’t fare so well. Daisy Ridley and John Boyega were each paid in the “low-six-figure range,” about $100,000 to $300,000. Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac did a little better, thanks to their previous screen time, and had offers of “mid- to high-six figures.”

With this juggernaut just taking off under the Disney umbrella, it probably won’t be long until these new stars see Ford-like paydays, too.

Star Wars broke box-office records worldwide this weekend, with record opening of now $529 million.
