The next big thing in sustainable travel might be seeing a Tesla charger outside your Airbnb accommodations.

The companies joined forces to announce that Tesla charging stations will be installed at about 100 Airbnb locations, mostly along the California coast.

Airbnb hosts are encouraged to see if they’re eligible for a charging station via the site, and Tesla encourages its car owners to seek out those properties. To date, there are only 12 Tesla-ready homes signed up.

Both companies say they’re partnering on the program to support sustainable travel.

You can read more the FAQ here, especially on who qualifies for a charger and how to obtain one. Right now, Tesla is offering a free charger to Airbnb hosts who are listing an entire home, had five or more bookings and an average star rating of at least four.

With the average Airbnb property going for around $500, and as owning a Tesla is a fairly significant investment, it’s not a program bargain travelers will be using anytime soon. But with Airbnb’s global footprint and Tesla’s drive, it will be a fun program to watch expand.
