Sling TV added six new channels to its over-the-top streaming service today. People who subscribe to the $20 a month “Best of Live TV” package through the Dish Network-owned streaming service will now get A&E, History, H2 and Lifetime in addition to their existing channels like ESPN, CNN and TNT.
People who pay an additional $5 for the service’s “Lifestyle Extra” package will also get FYI and Lifetime Movie Network in addition to truTV, Cooking Channel, DIY Network and WE tv.
Content from those channels, including “Project Runway,” “The Returned” and “Pawn Stars” will be available live and through Sling TV’s 3-Day Replay video on demand feature, so users can watch them either as the show airs or when they’re up for new content.
Sling TV is available through the service’s iOS and Android apps, as well as apps on the Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, Roku streaming boxes and Xbox One.
