Russell Wilson has a sweet new Seattle pad.

TMZ first reported Wednesday that the Seahawks quarterback bought a $6.7 million waterfront mansion on Lake Washington in Bellevue.

Property records show that the home was previously owned by Harish Naidu, a 22-year Microsoft veteran who left the company in 2010. (Let’s call this an interesting intersection of Seattle sports money with Seattle tech money). Records indicate that Naidu, who later worked at Bellevue-based GlobalScholar, sold the home on Aug. 31 to “Duchess Investments LLC,” a Washington-based business that was registered in February 2015.

The 10,370 square-foot house, built in 2008, sits on 0.67 acres of land, has seven bedrooms, 6.75 bathrooms, and west-facing views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline. There’s also 80 feet of private waterfront with a dock.

Here’s the description via Zillow:

This majestic Mediterranean estate offers west facing views of Lake Washington & the Seattle skyline. An elegant sense of arrival as you enter this custom residence with generously proportioned interiors. The staircase draws your eye up to the statement chandelier. The great room with epicurean kitchen overlooks the view. Exceptional finishes & features: antique doors, luxurious master suite & expansive wine cellar. 80 feet of private waterfront with dock.

Duchess Investments LLC also purchased a vacant parcel just north of the mansion for $2.37 million on Aug. 14.

Wilson inked a lucrative four-year, $87.6 million contract in July. The Seattle Times reported that Wilson formed a company in February in order to buy a home in the Seattle region once he signed a new contract.
