cloudabilityPortland-based Cloudability is set to raise a large round of fresh cash, according to a pair of SEC filings.

First noted by The Portland Business Journal, one SEC filing indicates $750,000 raised while the another reports nearly $6 million raised of a larger $12 million round.

We’ve reached out to Cloudability about the fresh cash on Monday morning and will update this post when we hear back.

Cloudability helps companies get a better handle on how much they are spending across various cloud computing services. The company has raised nearly $10 million to date, including an $8.7 million Series A round it reeled in back in July 2012.

Cloudability has been busy on the acquisition hunt as of late, swooping up three startups in the past five months. The most recent was RipFog, a steathly data transfer startup Cloudability acquired last month.
