BELLEVUE, Wash. — We’re in the front row for Microsoft’s annual shareholder meeting. Follow our coverage below, and stream the event via Microsoft’s event site.

Microsoft shares are up nearly 15 percent over the past year, so the typical questions about what executives will be doing to juice the stock probably won’t dominate the discussion this time around. But shareholders will be listening for insights from CEO Satya Nadella about the company’s strategic direction.

Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, the company’s largest individual shareholder, is expected to be here. There’s also a possibility of an appearance by Bill Gates, the company’s co-founder, who flew in last night from the climate talks in Paris.

Rev. Jesse Jackson is also slated to make a repeat appearance, as Microsoft struggles to diversify its workforce along with other tech companies.
