Good evening, y’all. We’re at the Palace Ballroom in downtown Seattle for the first-ever Lion’s Den, a pitch-forum organized in part by Seattle celebrity chef Tom Douglas which mimics ABC’s popular Shark Tank show and feature entrepreneurs pitching to a group of local investors.
