Oprah’s not the only one who can play this game.

A Chinese startup, a gaming company whose name translates to WiFi Master Key, gave each employee who’d been with the company for more than four months a new Tesla as a bonus.

And while this is the time of year Chinese workers can expect year-end bonuses — it’s Chinese lunar New Year — the Tesla one is pretty unusual. Most don’t get something as awesome as a car. That said, as more Chinese companies generate Silicon Valley-like cash, we’ll probably be seeing more Silicon Valley-like bonuses in China, too.

A company representative stated that “dozens out of the 50 current employees will receive this reward, but declined to name the specific number,” according to Venture Beat. They report that the cars cost the company about $4.8 million.

Backed by game developer and publisher Shanda, WiFi Master Key is a mobile app that connects devices to more than 120 million Wi-Fi networks across China, and reports more than 500 million users as of September 2014.
