Windermere Solutions is rebranding itself — again.
The real estate firm, a tech-focused spinoff of Seattle-based Windermere Real Estate, today rebranded to Moxi Works. The company had also briefly changed its name to Sweepre back in 2012.
The firm now goes by Moxi Works, and today announced new real estate productivity software that helps agents perform day-to-day tasks and meet sales targets. The new tool, which provides access to documents, client information, and connected tools, was built to give agents a way to “do the right thing at the right time, dramatically increasing new, repeat and referral business.”
Moxi Works is still operating Touch CMA, a presentation app for real estate agents.
