Local paper the Michigan City News-Dispatch reports that the 10-foot-tall rocket weighed 450 pounds and required more than 2,800 pounds of thrust for liftoff. Luckily for bystanders, the porta potty  — which stayed aloft for 38 seconds — was not full of waste at the time of liftoff or impact.
