GW calendar logoTechCafe is merging with Seattle Angel Conference to launch a new series of events for the Pacific Northwest tech community. The partnership aims to bring together the more entrepreneur-centered TechCafe crowd with investors.

“TechCafe has been around for the last 7 years focusing on entrepreneurs…but rarely focusing on capital as it relates to entrepreneurs and the tech community,” writes Seattle Angel President Josh Maher.

logo-3Seattle Angel and TechCafe are hosting a happy hour on Tuesday Dec. 16 to kick off the new partnership. The theme of the event, which begins at 5:00p.m. at Davis Wright Tremaine, is fundraising. Maher will be hosting a panel of experts including Wizard of Moz Rand Fishkin, LiquidPlanner CEO Liz Pearce, Zealyst CEO Martina Welke, Flowplay CEO Derrick Morton, and Apptentive CEO Robi Ganguly.

Tickets are available for $10 here.
