New updates arrived today for Facebook’s iOS app and users can now record video and voice directly within the app.

The “Nearby” tab has also been improved and incorporates more of Facebook’s Knowledge Graph.

Earlier this month, Facebook launched an update for its Messenger app that allowed users to send voice messages. But now that feature is being integrated right into the app itself.

This update comes just days after Twitter launched its Vine video-sharing app. The app is raging up the “most-popular” lists but is currently dealing with a porn fiasco, resulting in Apple’s removal of Vine from the “featured section.”
