We’re getting set for the GeekWire Gala on Dec. 6, with more than 600 people expected to attend our holiday party Thursday at McCaw Hall in Seattle. Tickets can be purchased here, but here’s a chance to join us on our dime.

A pair of tickets is up for grabs in this week’s Name that Tech Tune contest. The challenge is to name the video game associated with the song below.

If you think you know the answer, send it to contest@geekwire.com by the end of day on Monday. From the pool of correct answers, we’ll select one person at random to win a pair of tickets.

Here’s the tune. Which video game is this from?

Name that Tech Tune is a regular feature of the GeekWire radio show and podcast, which airs on 97.3 KIRO-FM in Seattle at 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday, except when preempted by live sports. The show runs every weekend on GeekWire.com.  Also search for the show on Stitcher.

For more context, and a little bit more of the tune, here’s the full segment from this week’s show.

Send your answer to contest@geekwire.com by the end of day on Monday, and thanks for playing!

Update: The answer was “Still Alive,” by Jonathan Coulton — the song played over the closing credits to Valve’s first “Portal” game. Congrats to Tiffiny Suitts, who won the contest and was able to attend the GeekWire Gala this past Thursday night.
