I’ve been getting really into the idea of “lean startup”, which is being forwarded by folks like Eric Ries and Steve Blank.  There there are TWO slide decks that I think capture the core of these ideas, and I’d like to share them with you.

Both Dave McClure and Eric Ries spoke today at Twiistup in Los Angeles, and hearing their talks in the same 3 hour window really makes it clear how complimentary they are.  Dave is coming from the user experience and distribution side, and Eric comes from the engineering and product development perspective – but you need all of this together for a successful startup.  Together, these two talks send a powerful message about how startups can be built better.  I hope you enjoy and take away ideas that will help your own startups be more lean.
