T-Mobile’s is again going after the competition, and this time it’s Verizon.
The Bellevue-based wireless carrier debuted a new promotion called “Never Settle,” which lets Verizon customers bring their number over to T-Mobile phone for two weeks. At the end of the trial period, customers can either return the phone at no cost or switch to T-Mobile and have the company pay off any termination or outstanding device payments up to $650.
T-Mobile CEO John Legere tweeted about the new deal, which runs from May 13 to May 31, calling Verizon’s service “old school wireless bullshit.”
I go away for a few days and the team creates something brilliant… something @VerizonWireless isn't going to like. Ready for it?

Have you seen @VerizonWireless’ #NeverSettle campaign? For once, I agree with them – Don’t settle (for their old-school wireless bullshit)!

And there is A LOT of bullshit @VerizonWireless is feeding you about what comes with never settling… Let me list it out for you –

T-Mobile offers a similar “Test Drive” deal as a way to try an iPhone 5S on T-Mobile’s network, on loan for seven days, without making a major commitment. This new promotion is targeted at Verizon customers, however.
T-Mobile, the nation’s fourth-largest carrier, is close to surpassing Sprint in terms of customers. Verizon still remains at the top, while AT&T — which T-Mobile attacked for the better part of the past two years — is second.
