Steve Ballmer may be retired from Microsoft, but he clearly hasn’t lost his emotional fire.
That much was evident, again, during last night’s NBA playoff Game 6 between the Ballmer-owned Clippers and the San Antonio Spurs.
Ballmer’s Clips were down 3-2 in the seven-game series, facing elimination on the road in Texas. But L.A. beat the Spurs, 102-96, to force a decisive Game 7 back in Los Angeles.
Expectedly, Ballmer — who paid $2 billion for his team last year — was a very nervous man as the Clippers battled toward the end of the fourth quarter.
