If anyone has doubts about whether the fine arts and pop culture can happily co-exist, they should watch this latest video from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Via My Nintendo News, Colbert’s musical guest last night was a symphony orchestra. The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses performed music from the iconic video game while images played in the background.

The group is touring to build momentum for the Oct. 23 release of Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. Sadly, no Seattle dates are on the horizon, but they are appearing in Portland, Ore., on Oct. 25, if you’re up for a road trip.
